Palm Swipe screenshot vs Quickmemo

In s3, samsung introduced a new way to screen capture any screen of the phone by palm swiping across the screen Swiping left or right will screen shot the screen.

In optimus G, LG provides user a feature called Quick Memo, which enables user to capture any screen either by pressing the volume up and volume down keys together or by selecting quick-memo button from notification bar.

So, here we are comparing these two screen shooting features. In S3, it provides nothing more options after the screen shot. Just user can have the picture of current scree. But, in Optimus G, the things are completely different. After screenshoting, user gets a bench of tools appeared very soon and he can use all them to draw and write on the screen. This feature is useful to note down the number or email address or home address spoken during a call. Also, here too the advantages not stop. User can keep the drawn or written items and open any other application. Thus this help the user to write the email address on the TO text box of email app by looking at the memo written at the phone app during a call. In s3, certain users even complains that they are unable to get the screen shot by palm swiping. Also, this palm swiping feature takes many time compared to quick memo feature to screen capture. Moreover, to palm swipe, user needs to place the S3 on a table or either by using two hands while quick memo needs no special risks.

So, quick memo is better than palm swipe feature.
